报告题目:生物化学和光化学系统中氧化还原反应的新型催化剂(New catalysts in the redox reactions in biochemical and photochemical systems)

报告摘要:

Residual agro-industrial biomass poses environmental and health risks when released into natural environments, but it can also serve as a feedstock for value-added products. We introduce bioactive additives (phyto-catalysts) into digestion systems to regulate biochemical processes, achieving a 2–2.5-fold increase in biogas production rate along with higher methane content during anaerobic digestion. Experimental results are supported by theoretical calculations that clarify the catalytic mechanisms. In parallel, the presentation investigates TiO2 (anatase)-based photocatalysts. Cation doping broadens light absorption, enhances radical redox activity, and suppresses electron–hole recombination, thereby improving quantum efficiency. A chemical-catalytic method for metal deposition on TiO2 nanoparticles is demonstrated as an effective strategy for designing efficient photocatalysts. The developed processes enable the production of composite materials with tailored properties, enhancing the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants in water.

        Olga Covaliova,摩尔多瓦国立大学化学研究所统筹研究员,长期从事综合水处理技术的开发与应用研究。主要研究方向包括氧化还原与催化过程、水环境中有毒物质的物理与微生物协同去除,以及可再生能源领域中沼气生产的强化与生态友好技术,同时关注抗氧化剂参与下的废弃生物质处理过程。致力于推动化学、生态与绿色能源技术的发展,主持并参与固体与液体废物管理、可持续水资源管理及水资源高效利用等相关工作。累计发表学术论文70余篇,著书18本,专利56项。
