大学生创新精神和创业能力的培养是高校人才培养的战略性问题，为了实现创新思维深度交融、创业思想广泛汇聚、科研成果充分展示、合作意愿良好对接和优质项目助推发展，哈尔滨工业大学拟于2018年1月15日-18日举办第一届国际化学化工创新创业大赛，现向国内外大学及科研院所征集优秀参赛作品。
一、大赛主题
“化学创造美好生活”
涵盖新能源、新材料、绿色化学化工、食品化学等方向。

三、参赛对象
1. 正式注册在籍的全日制非成人教育的专科生、本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生均可参赛。
2. 以团队形式参赛，原则上团队人数不超过5人。
3．大赛要求：创新类项目要求符合主题并取得优秀的科研成果；创业类项目要求符合主题并拥有或授权拥有产品，具备实施创业的基本条件。
四、日程安排
1．2017年11月30日24时前，参赛项目网络申报，报名邮箱：hitchemiec@163.com，报名表见附表。
2．2017年12月15日，评委会对项目进行评审，选出若干优秀项目进入大赛，并通知各参赛团队。
3．2018年1月15日，举行大赛，评委会将通过相应评审环节，对赛事评出特等奖、一等奖、二等奖和三等奖并给予相应数额奖金。
五、相关要求
1．参赛项目须保证原创性，不得违反任何有关法律，不得侵犯第三方知识产权，如有违法、侵权行为，一经发现并查实，将取消其参赛资格，相关法律责任由参赛者自行承担。
2．参赛项目将在竞赛期间参加举办方举办的多种形式的交流、展示及其它活动，举办方可结集出版竞赛获奖项目简介及评委评语，获奖项目将优先获得举办方提供的项目孵化机会。

Invitation to “HIT International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition on Chemistry
and Chemical Engineering”
Cultivation of students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability is of strategic importance for higher education. In order to realize deep integration of innovative thinking, wide convergence of entrepreneurship ideas, full display of scientific achievements, sound connection of fruitful cooperation, and development of high-quality projects, “International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition on Chemistry and Chemical Engineering” will be hold in Harbin Institute of Technology (Harbin, China) in January 15th-18th 2018. We warmly invite teams from domestic and foreign universities and research institutes to participate in this event.
The theme of this competition is “Chemistry Creates Beautiful Life”, and potential topics include but are not limited to the followings: New Energy, New Materials, Green Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and Food Chemistry. All full-time undergraduates and graduates who are formally registered are eligible to participate in the competition. We encourage each team with no more than 5 members, plus one supervisor. Generous bonuses and prizes will be provided in this competition.

Projects submitted for this competition must ensure the originality, and shall not violate any laws and infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Otherwise, the relevant legal responsibility should be taken by the contestants themselves.
